Guest Blog & Review & Giveaway - Hidden Destiny by Carrie Ann Ryan

Meet North – My Literal Hottie

So, you want to hear about my Literal Hottie? Well, meet North Jamenson. Sexy doctor, werewolf, youngest son of the Alpha, twin to the Omega, and even darker than the other brothers…combined.

You see, while the other wolves are sexy, alpha wolves with just the right amount of bite, North takes that one step deeper. He’s dominant, loves bending his mate over….okay so we will leave that part for your reading. *wink* He gives orders outside the bedroom and people listen instinctively. Once he’s behind closed doors though, his mate Lexi knows exactly what North wants.

Mostly because North tells her in that sexy growly way of his.

He’s cut, blond, and has piercing green eyes. His wolf can take down any opponent. Plus he can cook up a mean breakfast while his mate is sleepy and worn out in bed. Breakfast in bed never sounded so good.

He’s caring, ruthless when it comes to taking care of his Pack and family, and has an open heart to those who needs it. He doesn’t think twice about adopting Lexi’s son, Parker and immediately makes sure the world knows Parker and Lexi are his.

North is one sexy wolf and Hidden Destiny is one heart pounding, game changing, heat-filled book.

I do hope you get a chance to meet my literal hottie, North Jamenson. He’s one of a kind.

~~~~~MY REVIEW~~~~~
Hidden Destiny (Redwood Pack, #6)Hidden Destiny by Carrie Ann Ryan
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Love, love, love this series!!! I was more than ready for North and Lexi after finishing the last book. This was so worth all the waiting!!!
It is always the quiet ones you have to watch out for, North is really quite delicious!! I expected him to be deep and slightly less angsty than his twin Maddox. He does not disappoint! Lexi is a perfect mate for him. I loved their whole dynamic, it never works when they try to fight the lust!!
As always, I had a box of tissues ready for reading, Ms Ryan has been know to make me ugly cry, a time or two. This is no exception, plenty of emotional points, she gets me everytime. We have spent so much time with this family, they are easily old friends. I will be very sad when the Redwood Pack books finish. Still we have Cailin and Lance to get a HEA.
Plenty of steamy smexy action, oh yeah, a girl could use a cold shower. I loved all the delicious hot and heavy action. There is some very serious yummy wicked action going on!! Oh yes, please , give me more Sir!!
Great story, the pace was terrific and I could not put it down!! The story snags you from beginning to end. Seriously, I will be so sad when this series wraps up! Think happy thoughts, she promised to write the kids stories next, Just breath!
“Where is he?” Lexi said from behind him, and he spun around on his heel.
It looked as if she’d run straight to the triad’s home. She wasn’t breathless because she was a wolf and could run farther than she probably had if necessary, but the slight panicked look in her eyes made North want to bring her into his arms.
Fuck it.
He stalked toward her and gripped her chin, forcing her gaze to his. She let out a little gasp, and her eyes darkened. The pressure of his hand wasn’t gentle, but neither was it too hard. His wolf liked the fact that Lexi seemed to almost get off on the touch.
He shelved that thought for a later time.
“He’s fine,” he said, his voice gruff. “Hannah is Healing him now. Calm.” He’d lowered his face to hers and whispered that last part so not even the wolves in the room with the exceptional hearing could hear him.
Lexi stiffened for just a moment at his order then relaxed into him as if her body needed his words to calm.
At least that’s what he’d like to think.
He honestly didn’t know her well enough to figure out what her actions meant.
At least not yet.
“You can let go now,” she said, her voice carefully devoid of emotion.
Author Bio (with links):
USA Today Bestselling Author Carrie Ann Ryan never thought she’d be a writer. Not really. No, she loved math and science and even went on to graduate school in chemistry. Yes, she read as a kid and devoured teen fiction and Harry Potter, but it wasn’t until someone handed her a romance book in her late teens that she realized that there was something out there just for her. When another author suggested she use the voices in her head for good and not evil, The Redwood Pack and all her other stories were born.
Carrie Ann is a bestselling author of over twenty novels and novellas and has so much more on her mind (and on her spreadsheets *grins*) that she isn’t planning on giving up her dream anytime soon.
